Return and Refund Policy
All items are non-refundable, unless damaged in transit. Damaged goods should be reported within 7 days after receiving the post tube by contacting us via the contact page (heritage.hsv.com.au/pages/contact). Please note that we do not ship any artwork in frames, all artwork is shipped in tubes (unless otherwise noted on product description).
